1. Introduction
Thank you for using Simple As A Plan!
UNITED MEDIA SRL (“UNITED MEDIA”,”we“, “our” or “us“) operates SIMPLE AS A PLAN (“SAAP“), an ecommerce platform accessible at www.simpleasaplan.com (“Website” or “Service“) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services“), which provides users with an access to an online database of strategic and financial model templates (collectively, “Spreadsheets“, individually “Spreadsheet“), in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets format, dedicated to various business uses. The Website allows users to search, download and purchase relevant Spreadsheets to their devices.
This License Agreement, together with our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy, our Refund Policy and any other terms specifically referred to in any of these documents, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you“, “your“, “purchaser“) and UNITED MEDIA in relation to your use of the Website, Services and our Spreadsheets.
This License Agreement govern your use of our Spreadsheets. By downloading, purchasing, accessing or otherwise using any of our Spreadsheets you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
2. Copyright policy
Our Spreadsheets, including all worksheets and associated content, are copyrighted works under Belgian and international copyright laws. You may not remove or alter any SAAP logo, trademark, copyright, legal terms, or other proprietary notices or marks within our Spreadsheets. Simple As A Plan™ is a registered trademark of UNITED MEDIA.
3. Limited license
Upon downloading an evaluation version of one of our Spreadsheets or purchasing one of our Spreadsheets, UNITED MEDIA grants you a LIMITED LICENSE to use this Spreadsheet for your personal and business purposes and for the financial modeling of a SINGLE entity.
Our Spreadsheets – in whole or in part – may NOT be shared, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, displayed in an online gallery, hosted on a website, or placed on a server in a manner that makes them available to the general public without the express written consent of UNITED MEDIA. Any violation of these rights will be severely prosecuted.
4. No tax, accounting, or investment advice
Neither UNITED MEDIA nor any of its representatives is an accounting or investment advisor. No information contained in our Spreadsheets, or obtained from UNITED MEDIA or any of its representatives, should be construed as financial, investment, accounting or tax advice, or as a substitute for such advice.
5. No warranties
Our Spreadsheets and any related documentation are provided to you “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, and expressly disclaim all representations, oral or written, terms, conditions, and warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the above you accept that our Spreadsheets may not meet your requirements, operate error free, or identify any or all errors or problems, or do so accurately. This term does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a purchaser.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall we be liable to you, for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use of our Spreadsheets including any events where we or an authorized dealer or distributor has been advised of the possibility of these damages, or any mistakes and negligence in developing this spreadsheet, or for any claim by any other party. By downloading, accessing and using this spreadsheet you bear all risks and responsibility for the quality and performance of our Spreadsheets.
